I like the phone very much! It works great except for one thing, after about a week after I received it, the hand set stopped ringing. Why, I don't know? Other than that It works absolute Great!

I am very Satisfied with this phone. It is Very similar to the one I purchased 10 years ago. It is quite simple to figure out and the sound is great. My husband is hard of hearing so this works great for him....I Love it. Delivery was quick without any problems. Thank You

So glad I stayed with Uniden. I was looking for specific things, and asked my question online. I got a quick reply indicating the D3097 would meet all of my criteria. I took that advice and am so glad I did. It is a nice upgrade from my old one. I am a senior lady, and my hearing isn't as good as it used to be. The boost feature let's me hear conversations loud and clear. Callers tell me that my voice comes through clearly. My voice is raspy due to medical procedures and the phone let's me be heard better. I recommend this phone highly.

Had to replace a Uniden phone that lasted since '03. This new phone is much better and factory outlet store was excellent in price, ease of purchase, and delivery.

So far so good the phone seems to work good it is just taking me some time to get use to the new phone

Works great, only thing I don't like is the battery runs down in a few hours if not plugged in.

We had an older model of Uniden and I was hesitant about getting another one but needed the booster feature. Works great! Would have given a 5-star but then there would be no room for improvement.

I had the Uniden for at least ten years I would not have bought the new one but for the lettering was worn off.. The new one the volume is barely audible. I am very disappointed.

1. Overall - the handset: too large an bulky and uncomfortable to hold. Buttons way to large and too brightly lit.
2. Number of steps to use the function keys is rediculous, such as blocking a call, seeing missed calls, caller Ids. etc.
3. Ring one choices - there isn't even 1 choice that has a pleasant sound for a ring.

I have purchased Uniden phones previously. I really liked everything about them..easy to use, appearance, reliability
I do not like the D3097 and would not purchase it again.

Had a Uniden phone for years and went to replace it with a new Uniden. The write up said there was a wall mount available (long story short, there was not.) Returned it and got a Panasonic and am very pleased with that purchase. It's a shame Uniden has gotten so cheap looking and feeling.
