I am so grateful for the ability to program and monitor the BCT15x scanner from my computer. I highly recommend this unit to any serious or even novice scanner lover.

I guess it would be ok if we could get it programed. We eve have an ex police officer trying to program it. I was going to have you guys do it for us but it cost too much. You need to make it more simple to program for all of us but especially for us senior citizens.

I've had scanners for decades. Simpler ones for my needs. Antenna on roof. Enjoyable . My primary interest avaition and local fire police. As freqs change needed to move up to just get one avaition and several police ones. Only way was to jump to 15X to get that. While a superior scanner it is very complicated.I'm a smart guy but had no info this was going to be so complicated. Have spent dozens of frustrated hours to program my 50 freqs only to make wrong choice and can't fix it. Totally frustrated repackaged it and put it on a storage shelf.My bad. If I find help great. If not will stay there.

Need step by step instructions on programming. Still have not trunk channels in!
